ISL9V5036P3 31A ignition coil driver transistor. This is a high current replacement for the VB921, which has been discontinued by its manufacturer.

Unlike the VB921 and BIP373 this transistor doesn't limit the current.


This kit includes a:

  • ISL9V5036P3 46A ignition coil driver transistor
  • mica insulator
  • 330 ohm resistor (used for MS1/Extra and MS2/Extra mods)
